the staff was helpful. they provided adapters when we didn't have the correct ones. the breakfast had gluten-free options. the pool area always had seats available when i visited.
the receptionist told me that the heating season had finished. they couldn't turn on the ac heating. they mentioned they could turn on the heating in the bathroom. this never happened .

The breakfast provided met my expectations. It was quite acceptable.
The room was too small. there was not enough space for basic furniture like wardrobes. the fridge was also tiny. It was barely big enough for a few drinks. the room was not cleaned on the second day of my stay, and i did not get clean towels. this was particularly annoying.

The staff were friendly. the rooftop pool has beautiful lake view. breakfast includes many sweet and savory dishes. i appreciate the big variety offered and would return. i liked the bike rental service. I had fun exploring local wineries. it was a special service.
My room was overlooked and dark. the receptionist told me that the heating season is finished. they can't turn on ac heating which was awkward. they mentioned they can turn on heating in the bathroom. They never did that.

I found the communal areas quite lovely, decorated with beautiful seating. my room was always very clean. the rooftop pool was good. The bar there was a nice touch too. the staff was super friendly and helpful. They made everything easy for me.
The street noise was a bit much. It did bother me a little.
